Can you please provide the appropriate ELEMENT and ATTLIST declarations
that would make your proposal formally complete.  At this time,  your proposal
is inadequate on its face since it lacks a formal specification of (1) the
content model of the proposed elements and (2) the declared values of the
proposed attributes for the proposed elements.  In addition, you are proposing
a change to the content model of the HTML element.  That change would need
to be specified also.
