What does today's magick hold for us? How will it eventually be regarded?

Will all the misconceptions and biases give way to religious tolerance in a more enlightened society? Or will there be a backlash to the booming spiritual and New Age movement in our Western world, thus causing those preserving humanity's ancient traditions to move back into the shadows? Will the mysteries of life and death still bathe us in questions, or become defined by medical or scientific breakthroughs, to remove the fear we hold for the unknown?
