How to use this site- Employers
Welcome to HITS full service website that allows you to both post your company's job openings and
search for qualified resumes, FREE. You can post as many jobs as you like, for as long as you like, no charge.
HITS works on a contingency fee basis. There is a fee only after you hire your chosen candidate (When you have found a candidate you wish to contact we'll ask you to complete a Fee Agreement, if we do not already have one on file for your company). If you would like information on our pricing structure, please e-mail us. But remember, you can post your jobs now at no charge.
We understand that one of your problems with on-line recruiting is the high volume of questionable-quality responses that it generates. This involves your staff in extra work, not less. In addition, corporate hiring plans are frequently confidential. With HITS acting as a filter, your on-line jobs will be anonymous. If a candidate wishes to apply for a posted job, they must first contact HITS. Then one of our experienced representatives will make a broad determination of their suitability for your position, based on your stated criteria.
There are three ways to find your ideal employee:
1. Go to our Search Resumes page and browse candidates qualified by criteria you select.
2. Post your job openings for job seekers to browse and find you. You can do this yourself by going to our
Register Jobs page. If you have a large number of jobs to post, or if you would like HITS to impute the
data for you, just complete the about you details on the Register Jobs page and a HITS representative
will contact you.
3. Our specialized software constantly monitors our database, seeking matches between posted jobs and
resumes. So even if you do no have the time to search or browse on-line, we will do it for you. You'll be
notified automatically when a resume is found that meets your posted requirements.
